Our consultations are booked via Microsoft Teams (video call), WhatsApp (video or audio call) or in person - if you’re in Vancouver, BC.

If your consultation is urgent and you are unable to find a suitable date, please email us at reception@magellanimmigration.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note: consultations with Sao will not be available from August 3 to August 25, 2026.

Our office remains open during this period and will continue handling urgent matters and active files as usual — only new consultation bookings with Sao are paused.

If you'd like to meet with Sao, we recommend booking before August 3 or scheduling for after August 25.
